Job summary

Edward Jones is seeking a Senior Manager - Enterprise Risk Intelligence to lead the firm’s risk data, analytics, and governance efforts. You will shape the Risk Intelligence function, deliver timely insights to senior leadership, ERMC, and ARC, and partner across the organization to modernize reporting and analytics.

The role requires extensive experience in analytics, data systems, and leadership, with proficiency in Tableau and various DBMS. Home office commutable to St.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or preferred with emphasis in finance, business, economics, data science, math or analytics.
• 7+ years analytical, critical and systems thinking experience.
• 7+ years interacting with DBMS (DB2, Oracle, Snowflake, Databricks).
• 7+ years using Microsoft Excel with pivot tables, formulas, macros, VBA, charts/graphs.
• Statistical concepts and analytics techniques knowledge (descriptive statistics, forecasting, exploratory analysis, variance analysis).
• Proficiency creating data visualizations using Tableau.
• Leadership and capability-building experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead risk reporting, data analytics, KRIs, data visualization, and GRC technology enablement.
• Develop and govern reporting and intelligence for senior leadership, ERMC, and ARC.
• Drive ERM technology roadmap, automation, and modernization of risk management processes.
• Influence business areas on analytics to inform planning and risk transparency.
• Deliver repeatable, scalable, high‑quality risk reporting, metrics, and dashboards.
• Oversee administration and enhancement of the GRC platform, vendor management, and user adoption.
• Translate department strategy into execution and build team capabilities.
• Provide analytical insights to large initiatives and support change management.
