Qualifications

7+ years of relevant experience within wealth management consulting or related senior roles.
Deep expertise in RIAs and independent wealth firms, and their operating models across front, middle, back offices.
Strong consulting and leadership capabilities with ability to influence C-suite stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead client engagements, plan day-to-day work, run workshops, and ensure delivery quality.
Provide subject-matter expertise on operating models, technology strategy, and advisor experiences.
Support business development by shaping proposals, writing thought leadership, and nurturing client relationships.
Mentor team members and contribute to cross‑practice collaboration across Alpha FMC.
