Gong seeks a Senior Manager, Customer Field Operations to steer the post-sale go-to-market engine and scale Revenue Architect activities. You will craft the field strategy, design incentives and coverage, and translate strategy into concrete roadmaps with clear milestones.

You will own analytics foundations, dashboards, and data models, using SQL and Python to inform decisions, while aligning cross-functional teams toward shared outcomes.

Qualifications

• Defined go-to-market strategy experience across a large org.
• Hands-on data analysis with SQL and Python.
• Ability to translate strategy into executable plans.
• Proven cross-functional influence and executive communication.
• 6+ years in strategy, consulting, or revenue operations.

Responsibilities

• Define go-to-market strategy for the field and Revenue Architect function.
