Job summary

Hyundai Motor Company seeks a Senior Manager, Genesis Retailer Performance (Southern) to oversee regional retailer performance, COPP, and Keystone program execution. The role involves KPI analysis, field consulting with ROMs/FOMs, training, and implementing pilot programs; travel 50-75% domestic.

Candidate brings 8+ years wholesale automotive experience and supervisory background; strong analytical and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

Eight or more years of wholesale related automotive experience.
Two to three years of supervisory experience.
Retailer Consulting or Performance management experience.
Budget Management oversite.
Excellent analytical skills.
Excellent organizational skills.
Strong computer skills - Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

Lead consulting actions with retailers identified for the COPP program.
Exercise independent judgement in analysis of the region's Keystone matrix.
Provide field training for DPM, MMO, Market View, Service View & ICON systems.
Oversee, measure, track & analyze regional KPIs; provide recommendations.
Work with ROMs/FOMs to identify key retailers for direct field consulting actions.
Assist in the setup and launch of new Genesis Retailers.
Identify financially at-risk retailers using the ICON system.
Develop and implement pilot programs with the National Office to improve retailer performance.
Support the Regional General Manager with Governance (OCM/PRM).
Serve as SME for Dealer Performance (DPM) & ICON Dashboards.
Perform other duties; manage team development; budget authority.
