Careismatic Brands is seeking a Senior Manager, Digital Commerce- Retailer Media to own and optimize paid media across retailer ecosystems, starting with Amazon and Walmart. This remote, full-time role reports to the VP, Marketplace and emphasizes strategy, budget ownership, and measurable returns.

Ideal candidates will bring 5+ years of hands-on retailer media experience, deep Amazon Advertising knowledge (Sponsored Products/Brands/Display), and a strong ability to translate data into business

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years hands-on retailer media experience, with Amazon Advertising expertise.
• Direct budget ownership and accountability for returns.
• Familiar with Walmart Connect or similar platforms.
• Strong analytics using TACoS, ROAS, NTB and impressions.
• Experience managing multi-brand portfolios.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute retailer media strategies across Amazon, Walmart, and emerging platforms.
• Build, launch, and optimize Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display campaigns.
• Manage campaigns daily, using performance data to improve efficiency and ROAS.
• Identify opportunities to scale profitable campaigns.
• Evaluate DSP and other advanced media solutions when aligned with objectives.
