Job summary

Sphere Digital Recruitment is partnering with a leading commerce agency to recruit across several levels within its growing retail media team. The role focuses on developing and executing eCommerce strategies across retailers and platforms, including Amazon, Walmart, Target and Instacart.

You will manage day-to-day client relationships, provide performance updates and insights, oversee campaign budgets and key metrics to drive sales and profitability, and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Qualifications

• Experience in digital commerce, retail media or related fields.
• Hands-on experience with platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, Target, Google, Bing and other search partners.
• Strong understanding of campaign management, budgets, performance metrics and data-driven decision making.
• Experience managing client relationships and delivering against business objectives.
• Strong analytical, communication, presentation and organizational skills.
• Proactive, collaborative mindset with commercial acumen and results focus.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Developing and executing eCommerce and commerce media strategies across retailers and platforms, including Amazon, Walmart, Target, and Instacart.
• Managing day-to-day client relationships, providing performance updates, actionable insights, and strategic recommendations.
• Overseeing campaign performance, budgets, and key business metrics to drive sales, share, and profitability.
• Identifying opportunities to improve results and deliver incremental value for clients.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions and support business growth.
• Depending on the level, mentoring junior team members, leading account teams, and contributing to new business initiatives.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in digital commerce, retail media, paid search, or related fields.
• Hands-on experience with platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, Target, Google, Bing, and other search partners.
