Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Sr. Manager to lead the design and creative development of front store merchandising signage and seasonal elements across the CVS retail environment.

You will guide in-store communications and signage systems that highlight promotions, loyalty, value and seasonal messaging to create a joyful destination within stores. The role requires strong expertise in retail visual merchandising, in-store signage, and seasonal décor, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of leading creative at AD/ Sr Manager/ACD level in retail, brand, agency or corporate environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creative development of front store merchandising signage and seasonal design elements across the retail environment.
• Design and direct in-store communications that support promotional campaigns, loyalty and value messaging, sale events and key seasonal moments.
• Translate business objectives into clear visual communication systems.
• Ensure work reflects retail visual merchandising principles, hierarchy, readability and brand consistency.
• Oversee execution across multiple projects from concept to production.
• Partner with marketing, production and cross-functional teams to align with business needs.
• Present concepts to senior stakeholders and gain alignment.
• Mentor team members to deliver high-quality creative meeting brand standards and objectives.
• Identify opportunities to improve process, efficiency, and creative consistency.
• Maintain knowledge of experiential design trends and AI-enabled tools for scalable development.
