About the Role:

Chanel seeks a Senior Manager of Talent Pipeline to oversee full-cycle recruitment for retail positions in the West Coast region. Collaborating with the Group Director of Talent Pipeline for Retail, the role involves developing sourcing strategies aligned with business needs, partnering with regional leaders, HRBPs, and boutique leadership teams to build a diverse talent pipeline. The ideal candidate has at least 7 years of Talent Acquisition experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with leadership and stakeholders to understand role requirements and develop sourcing strategies.
  • Create innovative sourcing channels, including industry networking, recruitment technology, and internal talent pools.
  • Lead upskilling initiatives for West Coast BLT on recruitment best practices.
  • Guide the use of Workday and other TA tools.

  • Innovating recruitment strategies for store openings, seasonal hiring, etc.
  • Staying current with industry trends via networking, market visits, and research.
  • Building relationships with candidates and internal teams to foster mobility and succession planning.

  • Strong relationship-building and follow-up skills across retail and external candidates.
  • Ownership of interview process and candidate experience.
  • Experience with technology platforms like Microsoft Office, Workday Recruit, LinkedIn.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and work cross-functionally.
  • Proactive initiative-taking and networking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and adaptability in ambiguous environments.
  • Commitment to diversity and inclusion in recruitment strategies.

Position Details:

  • Minimum 7 years of recruitment experience, preferably retail.
  • Willingness to travel for recruitment activities.
  • Remote role with at least 2 days/week in a boutique or field setting.
  • Location: Los Angeles Greater Area.

Compensation:

Base salary range: $87,500 - $130,000, plus additional benefits and perks.
