Expect to work on-site in Raleigh and other locations, collaborating with product, risk, legal, and technology teams to shape client outcomes and enterprise strategies.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without sponsorship.
• 5+ years of experience in strategy, client experience, product, or execution-focused roles.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills with senior audiences.
• Superior analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems and translate analysis into action.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic initiatives across the retail client experience during product launches or enhancements.
• Frame ambiguous problems and drive insight with hypothesis-driven analysis.
• Champion the client perspective using field voice and competitive intelligence.
• Balance tradeoffs with product, service, risk, compliance, operations, and technology teams.
• Create clear, executive-ready communications and recommendations.
• Oversee day-to-day execution across multiple initiatives and timelines.
• Influence outcomes with senior stakeholders and manage change.
• Collaborate enterprise-wide to put clients first.
