Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Responsible AI Senior Manager to lead the design, governance, and delivery of production‑grade AI and agentic systems at scale. You will own risk assessments, set technical standards, and guide onshore/offshore teams across cloud ecosystems, embedding fairness, privacy, and safety into architecture and operations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in software, AI/ML engineering, or data science, including architecture and technical leadership
• 6+ years architecting and delivering enterprise AI, agentic AI, or data science platforms in production across major cloud and model providers
• 5+ years leading large, distributed teams including onshore and offshore delivery
• 5+ years delivering production‑grade AI end-to-end with governance and risk controls
• 3+ years with Responsible AI, AI governance, model risk management, or AI ethics including fairness, explainability, privacy, safety
• 3+ years with LLMOps/MLOps at scale and multi‑cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, Google)
• 1+ year hands‑on designing and building agentic AI architectures including multi‑agent orchestration
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years’ work experience)

Responsibilities

• Embed Responsible AI across the lifecycle with governance and safety evaluations
• Own AI risk and governance through model risk assessments and safety evaluations
• Lead large-scale, global delivery teams across geographies with Responsible AI checkpoints
• Architect and build production AI and agentic systems with guardrails across model providers and clouds
• Set technical standards and reference architectures for LLMOps and data science workflows
• Drive cost and security governance and AI governance controls in platform design
• Shape responsible AI solutions and grow the business with clients and pursuit teams
• Build organizational capability in Responsible AI with playbooks and training
