Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Responsible AI Senior Manager to lead production-grade AI and agentic AI programs, embedding fairness, transparency, safety, and governance into delivery. You will guide architecture, governance, and large, global delivery teams across onshore and offshore locations.

You will set technical standards for LLMOps, data science workflows, and AI security, while shaping solutions for major client programs and contributing to Accenture sales initiatives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in software, AI/ML engineering, or data science with leadership experience.
• 6+ years delivering enterprise AI or data platforms in production.
• 5+ years leading large, distributed teams (onshore/offshore).
• 3+ years in Responsible AI, governance or ethics, with hands-on work.
• 3+ years of LLMOps/MLOps across cloud providers.

Responsibilities

• Embed Responsible AI across lifecycle with governance and testing.
• Own AI risk governance and regulatory/compliance guidance.
• Lead large onshore and offshore teams delivering production AI.
• Architect and build production AI systems with guardrails.
• Set standards for LLMOps and data science workflows.
• Drive cost and security governance for AI platforms.
• Shape solutions with clients and contribute to sales efforts.
• Build organizational capability with playbooks and training.
