• Proven ability to lead lifecycle inventory planning, including launch forecasts and seasonal promotional alignment


• Strong expertise in root cause analysis and execution of corrective actions


• Demonstrated success in building supplier partnerships and cross-functional collaboration


• Experience leveraging enterprise systems and data analytics


• Experience managing teams through coaching, mentoring, and performance development


• Commitment to integrity, ethical leadership, and continuous improvement


• Preferred: experience in replenishment or inventory management


• Preferred: supervisory experience
