Talisman, a renewable energy company in Florida, is seeking a Senior Manager, Project Finance to lead debt financing across its US portfolio of utility-scale projects. This hands-on role owns transactions from strategy to close, working with development, legal, engineering and asset management teams.

The ideal candidate has closed sizeable renewables financings and seeks broader remit. You will structure debt, run lender processes, and oversee financial models and covenants while building

Qualifications

• Six to ten years in renewable energy project finance, infrastructure finance, investment banking or infrastructure private equity.
• A record of leading utility-scale US renewable energy financings through to close.
• Established relationships with US commercial banks and private credit funds.

• Structure and execute construction, bridge and term debt, portfolio financings and refinancings for utility-scale renewable energy projects.
• Run lender processes and negotiate term sheets alongside internal and external counsel.
• Support the financing of project and portfolio acquisitions.

A renewable energy company in Florida is hiring a Senior Manager, Project Finance to lead debt financing across its US portfolio of utility-scale projects. The business is growing through both development and acquisitions, and the role carries each financing from strategy through to financial close.

This is a hands-on position with genuine ownership of transactions, working with senior leadership and alongside the development, legal, engineering and asset management teams. It would suit someone who has closed sizeable renewable energy financings and wants a broader remit within a growing business.

Responsibilities:

• Structure and execute construction, bridge and term debt, portfolio financings and refinancings for utility-scale renewable energy projects
• Run lender processes and negotiate term sheets alongside internal and external counsel
• Support the financing of project and portfolio acquisitions
• Coordinate independent engineers, appraisers, insurers and tax equity counterparties through each transaction
• Oversee project financial models, including debt sizing, returns and sensitivity analysis
• Monitor covenants, maturities and refinancing needs across the portfolio

Requirements:

• Six to ten years in renewable energy project finance, infrastructure finance, investment banking or infrastructure private equity
• A record of leading utility-scale US renewable energy financings through to close
• Established relationships with US commercial banks and private credit funds
• Advanced project finance modeling skills and a sound grasp of offtake structures and bankability
• Experience with tax equity, tax credit transfers or acquisition financing is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, engineering or a related field; MBA preferred
