Job summary

Omnissa, LLC is seeking a Senior Manager for Professional Services in Atlanta. You will lead a team of architects and senior consultants delivering Omnissa technology to customers, while guiding the sales-backed services strategy and project delivery quality.

You will manage staffing, utilization, and revenue across projects, partnering with Sales to optimize the services backlog and ensuring successful outcomes. A Bachelor’s degree is required and a strong leadership mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience managing architects and senior consultants.
• Experience shaping and managing a sales-facing services backlog and Go-To-Market collaboration.
• Strong skills in revenue forecasting and portfolio management.
• Ability to report metrics and insights to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide team leadership and development; set goals and utilization targets.
• Nurture and manage a solid project backlog aligned with sales.
• Lead scope conversations and prepare quotes/SOWs with your team.
• Oversee 40–60 projects concurrently and keep them on track.
• Collaborate with sales to attach services to product deals.
• Regularly report business segment performance to leadership.
