Job summary

Bayer seeks an Associate Director, Managed Care Rebate Strategy & Operations, to strengthen our Commercial Rebate Operations and GTN performance through deep industry expertise, model N mastery, and scalable process improvements.

You will lead offshore resources, partner across Market Access and Finance, and drive data-informed decisions with auditable rebate operations, while expanding dispute management and revenue leakage prevention.

Qualifications

• Experience in pharmaceutical Managed Care rebate operations and GTN functions across multiple channels.
• Hands-on Model N experience including rebate workflows, reporting, and reconciliation.
• Strong GTN mindset with ability to identify leakage and improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Model N SME, elevating payment processing, reporting, and workflow discipline.
• Transfer best practices to rebate operations: accuracy, controls, dispute management.
• Identify GTN improvement opportunities to prevent leakage and recover overpaid rebates.
• Modernize dispute management with tracking, aging reviews, and clear communication.
• Lead system improvements to reduce manual work and improve payment timing.
• Manage offshore resources with training, QA, and escalation.
• Collaborate with PBMs, GPOs, and other stakeholders on rebate issues and contracts.
• Partner with Market Access, Finance, Legal, IT, and vendors to improve GTN execution.
