Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Senior Manager, Solution Delivery to lead the growth and delivery of Controllership/Record-to-Report managed services within the Financial Services Industry. You will guide complex client engagements, mentor teams, and drive standardized, scalable delivery across Finance Operate offerings.

You will partner with executives, manage multi-workstream pursuits, and translate challenges into value-driven operating models while maintaining executive presence and delivering

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 12+ years of accounting/controllership/Record-to-Report experience.
• 8+ years in managed services or outsourced delivery environments.
• 8+ years in Financial Services industry experience.
• Experience leading complex solutioning and delivery for finance managed services.
• Experience presenting proposals and RFP responses.
• Willingness to travel ~50%.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy and execution of complex managed services for Controllership/R2R in Financial Services.
• Lead growth activities, proposals, client presentations, and RFP responses.
• Advise clients and leadership on transformational finance operating models.
• Oversee mobilization and delivery governance, service management, and reporting.
• Develop repeatable assets, methodologies, and delivery approaches.
• Lead and coach teams of managers and consultants; support staffing and performance.
• Contribute to practice growth through thought leadership and market development.
