Job summary

You will drive quality strategy, partner with engineering, manufacturing and supply chain, and ensure compliance with AS9100/ISO 9001 to meet mission-critical requirements.

This hands-on leadership role focuses on continuous improvement, defect prevention, and sustained customer satisfaction while aligning with division goals

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with extensive quality management experience in aerospace/defense.
• Minimum 12 years in quality assurance/engineering in aerospace/defense.
• 5+ years leading quality teams in complex or matrixed orgs in defense/aerospace.
• Expertise implementing AS9100/ISO 9001 and advanced problem-solving methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead Quality Assurance, Quality Engineering and Calibration across the product lifecycle and supervise ~35 quality personnel.
• Develop and implement strategic quality initiatives to improve yields and reduce defects.
• Collaborate with program leadership, engineering, manufacturing and supply chain to ensure mission success.
• Ensure early design involvement, design reviews and smooth handoffs to production.
