What you'll do
- Lead development of business insights and key data reporting processes to support provider performance and engagement.
- Create reports and content that clearly communicate value and highlight areas of opportunity across value-based care programs.
- Oversee internal processes to ensure data accuracy and timely completion of provider reporting, including team CRM (Salesforce) and other platforms; collaborate with product, engineering, and analytics teams to improve data and reporting workflows and dashboards.
- Support performance discussions with providers to improve performance in value based care programs; serve as data & insights subject matter expert in these discussions.
- Identify risks to data quality and usability and lead initiatives to mitigate them while enhancing provider experience.
- Identify and utilize automation and AI tools to drive efficiency and continuous improvement across team operations.
- Manage direct reports, providing mentorship and performance oversight.
What you'll need
- 7 or more years of experience in healthcare operations, project management, program management, or related fields.
- 2 or more years of experience mentoring and developing junior team members.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel required; experience with Power BI, SQL, Jira, and/or Salesforce is a plus.
- Familiarity with value-based care models, risk adjustment, and population health strategies.
- Ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and apply insights to operational strategies.
- Skilled in managing multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communicator with both technical teams and healthcare providers.
- Ability to quickly learn new platforms and processes.
- Experience working directly with healthcare providers and translating feedback into actionable improvements.
- Demonstrates initiative, critical thinking, and the ability to work independently to resolve issues and drive outcomes.
- Anticipates needs, surfaces issues early, and ensures clarity in cross-functional interactions.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required.
- Travel up to 30% for meetings and provider engagement.
