Job summary

CareMore Health is seeking a Network Data Management Specialist III to manage provider and network information across enterprise systems. You will process data transactions, validate details, and resolve non-routine discrepancies while following established procedures.

You will collaborate with Contracting, Credentialing, Provider Relations and other teams to support directories, claims processing, and regulatory reporting, providing guidance to peers and helping improve data quality.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor degree preferred; HS with relevant experience may be considered.
• 3+ years in provider data management or related healthcare operations.
• Detail-oriented with ability to process large data volumes and follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Enter, update, validate, and maintain provider and network information across systems.
• Review demographic, contractual, credentialing, and network data for accuracy.
• Conduct quality reviews to support directories, claims, and regulatory reporting.
• Coordinate corrections with internal teams following workflows.
• Provide day-to-day guidance to team members on data entry and processes.
• Identify improvements to increase accuracy and efficiency.
