CVS Health is seeking a Senior Manager to lead provider data governance and attribution within Medicaid operations. You will collaborate with provider relations, IT, analytics, claims and compliance to ensure accurate provider and attribution data across downstream systems.

The role requires 5+ years in Medicaid or healthcare analytics, strong data skills with SQL/Excel/BI tools, and the ability to translate complex data issues into business actions.

• Lead attribution, membership, and provider data governance processes.
• Oversee resolution of provider data issues that affect member assignment and reporting.
• Partner with health plan leaders, provider data teams, claims, compliance, marketing, operations and technology partners to deliver projects.
• Support provider directory accuracy, audit readiness, and regulatory validation activities.
• Identify recurring defects, root causes, and control gaps, then drive process improvements that reduce rework and improve operational reliability.
