Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Manager to lead provider data integrity, attribution governance, and related controls across Medicaid operations. The role partners with multiple teams to ensure accurate, consistent data and reliable downstream outcomes.

The position requires 5+ years in Medicaid or managed care data, strong SQL/Excel/BI skills, and proven ability to translate complex data issues into actionable plans. A bachelor's degree is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Medicaid, managed care operations, provider data, healthcare analytics.
• Experience with SQL, advanced Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or comparable analytical tools.
• Ability to investigate, analyze, and reconcile complex health care data and identify root causes.
• Strong communication translating operational issues into business risk and action plans.
• Experience managing provider attribution methodologies and governance.
• Experience leveraging QNXT and MDW data for decision-making and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead attribution, membership, and provider data governance processes to ensure outputs.
• Oversee resolution of provider data and attribution issues affecting member assignment and downstream operations.
• Partner with health plan leaders, network teams, provider data teams, claims, compliance, marketing, operations, and technology partners to deliver projects.
• Support provider directory accuracy, audit readiness, and regulatory validation activities.
• Identify recurring defects and drive process improvements to reduce rework and improve operational reliability.
• Maintain governance routines and cross-functional coordination for attribution and provider data operations.
