Job summary

P3Works is seeking a Senior Manager – Project Department to lead a portfolio of district formation and infrastructure financing projects across Texas. This on-site, full-time role focuses on strategic leadership, coaching, and client satisfaction while delivering high-quality project outcomes.

You will mentor Project Managers and Analysts, drive process improvements, and maintain strong relationships with clients, elected officials, and developers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Public Administration, Planning, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive municipal finance, project management, consulting, systems integration, district administration, public-sector advisory services, or related field.
• Strong leadership with experience managing multi-stakeholder projects and developing teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight for approximately 30–40 active project formation projects.
• Coach Project Managers and Analysts to improve timelines and outputs.
• Lead meetings with clients, officials, developers, and stakeholders on complex matters.
• Ensure budget compliance, quality standards, and client satisfaction across engagements.
• Travel throughout the metro area as needed to manage relationships and deliver results.
