Job summary

P3Works in Texas seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead district formation and infrastructure financing programs. You will oversee engagements across multiple counties, guiding teams to deliver high-quality outcomes for cities, counties, developers, and stakeholders.

You will mentor Project Managers and analysts, drive operational improvements, and build strong client relationships while ensuring projects stay on time and within budget. Travel across Texas is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Public Administration, Planning, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in municipal finance, project management, consulting, systems integration, district administration, public-sector advisory services, or a related field.
• Ability to travel throughout Texas as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of district formation and infrastructure financing projects.
• Provide strategic leadership and mentor Project Managers and analysts.
• Drive process improvements and ensure client satisfaction and project delivery on time and within budget.
• Develop future leaders and strengthen client relationships across Texas.
