Job summary

Copeland is seeking a Manager, Project Management to lead a team of Project Managers and Senior Project Managers, guiding high-impact programs across the PMO. You will ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while enhancing customer experience and implementing best practices.

You will collaborate with the enterprise PMO to mature governance, metrics, and tools, and work with Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, Logistics, and Field Services to drive project success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, PM, or related field.
• 7+ years in manufacturing, industrial equipment, or related industries.
• 5+ years leading cross-functional project teams.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience in PMO.
• PMP certification required.
• Experience managing multiple high-revenue projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and risk management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and conflict-resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and manage a team of Project Managers and Senior Project Managers.
• Oversee execution of ETO, refrigeration, gas compression, and other strategic projects.
• Collaborate with enterprise PMO to improve standards, governance, tools, and metrics.
• Provide portfolio oversight across multiple projects (performance, schedules, budgets, risks).
• Partner with Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, Logistics, Field Services.
• Serve as escalation point for complex projects and cross-functional issues.
• Foster customer relationships and manage expectations for satisfaction.
• Drive continuous improvement in project execution and profitability.
• Forecast, plan resources, and report portfolio status to leadership.
• Promote accountability, collaboration, safety, and PM excellence.
