GFT is seeking a Senior Manager – Project Coordination to join our Project Financial Controls team. This role follows a REMOTE work model.
As a Senior Manager, Project Coordination, you will oversee the daily operations of the Project Coordination department, ensuring project managers have the tools and processes needed to deliver successful outcomes for our clients. This role involves designing and implementing business processes, collaborating with stakeholders to align strategies, and driving continuous improvement through quality initiatives. You will also manage workforce planning, performance evaluations, employee development, and training programs to support a high-performing team.
Minimum of 14 years of relevant experience in project accounting, controls, and contracts. Ability to lead, mentor, and develop teams, with strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and collaborate effectively.
Salary range: $120,000 - $170,000 USD, dependent on experience and location. Benefits include a hybrid work environment, comprehensive insurance, 401(k), PTO, tuition reimbursement, professional development, and incentive compensation.
