Job summary

Disney Cruise Line is seeking a Senior Operations Integration Project Manager to lead end-to-end integration of operational requirements across complex capital projects within the Island and Destination portfolio.

You will manage multi-disciplinary initiatives, align scope and budgets, and coordinate with Operations, Hotel, Safety, and Finance to ensure seamless execution from concept through turnover readiness.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end integration of operational requirements across multi-disciplinary capital projects.
• Manage multiple initiatives, ensuring alignment of scope, schedule, budget and readiness.
• Serve as integration leader across Island and Destination Planning to match standards and goals.
• Act as liaison between Operations and Hotel, Entertainment, Safety, Security, Tech, Finance, Legal and Commercial.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans; identify risks and dependencies.
• Prepare presentations and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.
• Translate requirements into design, construction and turnover readiness deliverables.
• Oversee documentation, change requests, and process flows for programs.
