Qualifications

  • Four years of project management/construction management in hospitality, commercial and industrial construction.
  • Knowledge of project management process and ability to handle a portfolio of projects >$6M annually.
  • Knowledge of project accounting, estimating, scheduling, budgeting, document management, and cost forecasting.
  • Familiarity with construction codes (UBC, NEC & UFC).
  • Ability to prepare presentations for department management reviews.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving.
  • Leadership experience and risk mitigation.
  • Preferred: PM/construction mgmt in Theme Park environments.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the overall project safety with final approval of contractor safety plans and OSHA compliance.
  • Oversee planning, development, execution, and closeout of projects, including budget, cash flow, and EFC reporting.
  • Assemble and coordinate internal and external teams to deliver against project goals.
  • Support contract development and scope, unit costs, bid alternates, and constraints.
  • Manage project schedule and critical path to meet completion dates.
  • Coordinate with Partners, Clients, and management on project status, schedule, and guest impacts.
  • Utilize construction management software and MS Office daily.
  • Handle changes to budget and EFC as cost trends emerge.
