Job summary

Hanwha Qcells USA Corp (Qcells USA) seeks a General Superintendent - Electrical to lead electrical craft teams on utility-scale solar and BESS projects nationwide. The role combines on-site leadership with hybrid work, requiring coordination with the Field Operations Manager and other senior staff.

You will establish construction standards, drive training, and manage project schedules, costs, and safety across multiple sites, with up to 100% travel and regular reporting to project leaders.

Qualifications

• Lead electrical supervision on large projects.
• Develop CPM schedules for installation activities.
• Coordinate materials, procurement, and logistics with project teams.
• Review equipment and monitor installation startup and conflicts.
• Prepare progress reports for project managers and owners.
• Travel up to 100% as needed.
• Ensure safety and compliance on site.

Responsibilities

• Manage electrical superintendents and craft teams.
• Assist in CPM scheduling and value scheduling for billing.
• Coordinate with project manager on schedule and logistics.
• Review submittals and shop drawings for electrical systems.
• Provide cost estimation and cost reporting for projects.
• Travel as required to project sites.
