Job summary

Rosendin, a leading employee-owned electrical contractor, seeks a Senior Manager, Project Controls to shape and execute the strategic vision for project controls across all business units. This role oversees multiple regional teams and drives development, integration, and continuous improvement of controls standards and innovations across Rosendin’s high-value projects.

The position partners with executive leadership to align controls with corporate goals, risk management, and performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in project controls or construction operations.
• Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning and enterprise-wide implementation of project controls frameworks, tools, and KPIs.
• Oversee regional Managers, Project Controls, and ensure consistency and excellence across geographies.
• Partner with executive leadership to align project controls with corporate goals, budgets, and risk management.
• Drive innovation in project controls through AI, ML, and predictive analytics for forecasting and insights.
• Develop and maintain enterprise standards for WBS, cost control, scheduling, and reporting.
• Lead enterprise audits and performance reviews to assess project health and identify improvements.
• Mentor and develop a pipeline of future leaders within the PCG.
• Represent Rosendin in industry forums, client engagements, and strategic partnerships.
