Job summary

CareSource is seeking a Manager of Application Production Support to lead the production support for core enterprise applications, ensuring stability, availability, and performance across ESH operations.

You will manage and develop support staff, coordinate incident resolution and problem management, and monitor service performance while driving continuous improvements and collaboration with stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance and a strong end-user experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 7+ years of information technology experience.
• 3+ years of leadership experience.
• Experience supporting enterprise applications and production environments.
• Experience with IT service management practices (incident, problem, change, and release management).
