Anduril Industries is seeking a Manager, Product Sourcing Engineering in Ashville, OH to lead a fast-growing supply chain team. You will develop strategies, optimize costs, and collaborate across engineering, program management, and manufacturing to meet ambitious production goals.

You will negotiate with suppliers, drive localization initiatives, and oversee BOM development while ensuring compliance with security requirements.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, or related technical field.
• 8+ years experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment in supply chain/production.
• 5+ years in a leadership position.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% and on-site in Ashville, OH.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage a team of supply chain professionals, providing guidance and training.
• Develop and implement supply chain strategies for continuity, quality, efficiency and cost optimization.
• Negotiate complex commercial terms with suppliers to secure favorable pricing and terms.
• Collaborate to develop and implement supply chain best practices.
• Partner with cross-functional leadership to negotiate tradeoffs and resolve issues.
• Identify and implement process improvements to reduce costs and improve performance.
• Lead cost engineering activities to converge to product cost and total cost of ownership.
• Manage CAPEX throughout NPI and BOM risk assessments.
