Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Manager of Product Sourcing Engineering to lead a team of sourcing engineers and subcontract managers focusing on strategic sourcing throughout product development. You will partner with engineering, program management and production leadership to hit cost, quality, and delivery targets.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, or a related technical field.
• 8+ years in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, focusing on complex mechanical and/or electrical assembly.
• 2+ years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Ability to travel up to 20% and obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with business goals, prioritizing continuity, quality, efficiency and cost optimization.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
• Negotiate complex commercial terms to secure best pricing, quality, flexibility, delivery, payment and service terms.
• Collaborate with supply chain experts to develop best practices.
• Work with engineering, program management, finance and leadership to negotiate tradeoffs and resolve issues.
• Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and cut costs.
• Monitor KPIs, analyze data, and report supply chain performance to management.
• Lead and develop a team of supply chain professionals; hire top talent for rapid team expansion.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks from disruptions or market changes.
