Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of sourcing engineers and subcontract managers.
• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to ensure continuity, quality, efficiency and cost optimization while enabling scale.
• Negotiate complex terms with suppliers to secure best pricing, quality, and delivery terms.
• Collaborate with engineering, program management, finance, and cross-functional leadership.
• Define KPIs to track supply chain health and drive improvements.
