Job summary

Hanwha Qcells USA Corp in Houston, TX is seeking a Manager of Business Planning to support the EPC Corporate Planning team. You will help with strategic planning, headquarters reporting, and governance, coordinating inputs from multiple departments and ensuring timely submissions.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in a quantitative field and a minimum of three years’ experience in planning or analytics, with travel up to 20% and hybrid work arrangements. Eligibility to work in the U.S. is required.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills with the ability to structure research and present findings clearly.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple recurring deadlines and coordinate inputs from several contributors.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams at multiple levels of the organization.
• Advanced computer skills including MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• HQ Reporting Consolidation & Submission: collect, consolidate, and quality-check drafts and data inputs for weekly, monthly, and semi-annual headquarters submissions.
• Governance & Approval Process Administration: administer internal approvals, maintain DOA references, and respond to routine inquiries.
• Strategic Planning & Analytical Support: conduct market/competitor research, maintain KPI data, and prepare materials for strategy sessions.
• Other Duties: assist with ad-hoc analysis and fulfill attendance expectations.
