CVS Health in the United States is seeking a Senior Manager, Business Consultant to lead strategic process improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies. You will facilitate high-impact events and drive end-to-end transformations to deliver measurable business outcomes.

The role requires strong leadership, advanced analytics, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels across a matrixed organization.

Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Certification required; Green Belt certification required, Black Belt preferred.
• Proven experience applying Lean/Six Sigma methodologies to drive cost reductions, cycle time and quality improvements.
• Demonstrated ability to lead end-to-end process improvement initiatives across functions.
• Advanced proficiency in process mapping techniques (SIPOC, Value Stream Mapping, swimlane diagrams).
• Ability to identify inefficiencies, root causes and implement sustainable solutions.
• Experience facilitating Kaizen events, RIEs or workshops with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic process improvement initiatives across the organization.
• Facilitate high-impact events and drive end-to-end process transformations.
• Apply DMAIC and other structured problem-solving frameworks to deliver measurable outcomes.
• Analyze data, interpret trends and translate insights into actionable improvements.
• Partner with senior leaders to drive alignment and sustainment of changes.
• Proficiency with Excel, Power BI, Minitab or similar tools.
