Job summary

IFF, a global leader in flavors, fragrances, and food ingredients, seeks a Senior Manager, Commercial - Private Label, based in South Brunswick, NJ (remote). You will lead cross-functional teams across Commercial Support, Technical, Sensory, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Procurement to expand the private label portfolio by pursuing new opportunities and maintaining strong relationships.

Qualifications

• 5+ years quota-carrying sales experience in flavors or related sectors.
• 3+ years in private label flavors or adjacent ingredients.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with MS 365 and CRM/forecasting tools.

Responsibilities

• Grow profitable revenue by opening new opportunities across national and regional private label customers.
• Lead account planning and execution, aligning stakeholders across Technical, Commercial Support, Marketing, Sensory, and Operations.
• Build robust opportunity pipelines and ensure timely project entry and updates.
• Manage pricing strategies and negotiations to achieve targets for volume and gross profit.
• Provide reliable rolling forecasts and translate market signals into demand/supply actions.
• Lead cross-functional engagements: presentations, workshops, capability demos, and site visits.
• Drive execution quality by removing roadblocks and maintaining timelines.
• Optimize order patterns and portfolio health to enhance customer experience and IFF profitability.
• Serve as the primary contact, ensuring clear communication between customer and IFF functions.
