Job summary

IQ-EQ, a leading Investor Services group, is seeking a Senior Manager for the fund administration team in the Dallas area. You will oversee client deliverables, manage fund operations, and coordinate financial reporting and investor communications across multiple private equity engagements.

You will review journal entries, capital calls, distributions, and performance metrics such as IRR, while guiding audits and tax requests. A presence in a hybrid work model is expected.

Qualifications

• Over five years of progressive experience in private equity, public accounting, or both.
• Strong accounting, finance, and fund administration skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.

Responsibilities

• Lead client relationships across multiple Private Equity funds.
• Oversee fund operations, reporting, and investor communications.
• Review journal entries, capital calls, distributions, and IRR.
• Manage audits and tax requests while improving processes.
• Train junior staff and support team development.
