Job summary

Macquarie Group’s Market Operations team within Corporate Operations Group provides independent support across trade verification, confirmation, booking and settlement for a global range of products. You will work with sales, trading, technology and business teams to coordinate client solutions and resolve trade exceptions.

The role focuses on operational excellence, strong risk management and high-quality service to support clients globally, with hybrid and flexible working arrangements

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Prime Brokerage middle office roles.
• Strong communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
• Knowledge of cash prime brokerage or synthetic products.
• Experience managing post-trade processes, trade allocations and exception management.
• Client-facing or front office experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support to Equity Trading and Derivatives across global markets.
• Coordinate solutions with sales, trading, technology and business teams.
• Manage post-trade activities and resolve trade exceptions.
• Contribute to projects that improve client experience, increase efficiency, reduce risk and enhance processes.
