Job summary

Macquarie Bank Limited is seeking a Senior Manager for Equity Finance Client Services in New York. You will support Equity Trading and Derivatives, coordinating across sales, trading, and technology to resolve post-trade issues and optimize client experience on a global scale.

The role requires strong communication skills, deep knowledge of cash prime brokerage or synthetic products, and experience managing post-trade processes and exceptions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ of experience in Prime Brokerage middle office roles.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across teams and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of cash prime brokerage or synthetic products.
• Experience managing post-trade processes, trade allocations and exception management.
• Client-facing or front office experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support to Equity Trading and Derivatives across global markets.
• Coordinate solutions for clients with sales, trading and technology teams and manage post-trade activities.
• Resolve trade exceptions and improve client experience and efficiency.
• Contribute to projects that reduce risk and enhance operational processes.
