As an Associate/Vice President within the Brokerage team, you will oversee key operational controls related to brokerage revenue streams, front office operating expenses, and agency payment arrangements supporting execution services. You will partner closely with front office, clearing, operations, technology, compliance, and legal teams to ensure operational processes are efficient, well-controlled, and scalable. The role involves reviewing existing workflows, identifying opportunities to strengthen controls and mitigate risk, and driving initiatives that improve the overall brokerage operating model. You will also support documentation processes through the FIA Docs platform and assist with related accounts payable activities.
Salary range for this position: $101,000 - $178,000/Year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
