Job Description
BAE Systems is seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager II - Pricing (Senior Manager) to lead the pricing function for our Electronic Combat Solutions (ECS) and Countermeasure & Electromagnetic Attack Solutions (CEMA) business areas. This critical leadership role is responsible for driving pricing strategies, ensuring compliance with government regulations, and partnering closely with cross-functional program teams to develop competitive and compliant cost proposals.

The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of government contracting, strong analytical skills, and a strategic mindset to help position BAE Systems for continued growth and profitability. This role offers the opportunity to shape pricing strategies for some of the most advanced defense technologies in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop a high-performing pricing team supporting ECS and CEMA.
  • Develop and implement pricing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Oversee the preparation, review, and submission of complex cost proposals.
  • Ensure compliance with FAR, DFARS, and company policies.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support business growth and profitability goals.
  • Provide pricing leadership in negotiations and audits.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
  • 10+ years of pricing or financial experience in government contracting
  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
  • In-depth knowledge of pricing regulations and proposal development processes
  • Must be eligible to obtain a Secret Clearance (US Citizenship required)

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
  • Familiarity with Deltek ProPricer pricing tool

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $132000 - $224400

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
