The Senior Manager, Premier Navigators, will lead a high-performing team of Premier Navigators who are the primary point of contact for Nomad’s clinicians applying to jobs on Nomad’s transformational jobs marketplace. The Senior Manager will support and manage the Premier Navigators as they proactively identify and recommend job matches to Nomad’s pool of candidates while sourcing new talent through various methods as needed.
This position is responsible for: attracting and successfully onboarding strong talent, creating a culture of ownership to prioritize and drive truly excellent results and department performance; monitoring, coaching, and supporting team development and day-to-day functions; and cross-functional collaboration with other team leads as needed.

Compensation for this full-time position is between $88,000 to $110,000. This range reflects the minimum and maximum amount employees can earn during their time in the role. Actual pay may be higher or lower depending on geographic locations, skills, experience, and other factors permitted by law.This role is also eligible to receive a discretionary bonus, which is not guaranteed and may be based on both individual and company performance.
