Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Instructor management, support, and quality assurance of instructors and programming across all program offerings.
• Oversee curriculum development, course offerings, and alignment with safety and compliance requirements.
• Recruitment, onboarding, and supervision of instructors and teaching assistants, including budgeting considerations.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Admissions, and Provost offices for program communications and growth.
• Oversee Columbia Secondary School, College Edge and partnerships, engaging with Admissions, Advising and Provost offices.
• Engage with Youth in STEM initiatives and redesign program outcomes and curricular requirements.
