Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Manager for Information Security Risk Management in Acquisitions & Divestitures. You will lead deal-level cybersecurity due diligence across mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, licensing, and strategic partnerships, translating findings into actionable risk insights for transaction decisions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related discipline.
Advanced degree (MBA, MS, or equivalent) preferred.
8+ years of progressive experience in cybersecurity, information risk management, and M&A support.

Responsibilities

Lead deal-level cybersecurity due diligence across mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic partnerships.
Translate diligence findings into risk insights and practical mitigation recommendations.
Collaborate with Corporate Development, Legal, Privacy, Finance, and deal teams to align on Day 1 security priorities.
