Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Manager, Information Security Risk Management (A&D) to lead cybersecurity due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic partnerships. You will assess target environments, translate findings into risk insights, and guide deal decisions with cross‑functional teams.

The role requires deep expertise in enterprise cybersecurity, risk management, and regulatory considerations across healthcare and tech domains.

Qualifications

8+ years of progressive experience in cybersecurity, information risk management, or related fields.
Experience leading or supporting cybersecurity due diligence for M&A, divestitures, licensing, or partnerships.
Strong understanding of security architecture, cloud/infrastructure security, and incident response.
Experience translating technical findings into business-facing risk recommendations.
Excellent written and verbal communication, with ability to present to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

Deal Lead for Pre-Close cybersecurity due diligence across transactions.
Assess security architecture, identity, network, cloud, data protection, and third‑party risk.
Review diligence evidence and translate findings into risk conclusions.
Provide Day 1 objectives and post‑close handoff requirements.
