Qualificações

• 8+ years of cybersecurity and information risk management experience.
• Experience supporting acquisitions, divestitures, or complex due diligence.
• Ability to translate technical risk into business decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead deal-level cybersecurity assessments and document risk findings.
• Coordinate with Corporate Development, Legal, Privacy, Finance and other stakeholders.
• Provide Day 1 security priorities and remediation recommendations.
• Create and maintain risk evidence packages for executive review.
• Develop and improve diligence playbooks, templates and scoring approaches.
