Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
• 8+ years in power generation engineering or operations at large facilities.
• 4+ years of people leadership in 24/7 environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multidisciplinary team for reliable operation of sitewide power generation.
• Own end-to-end performance of gas-fired turbines, generators, and balance‑of‑plant.
• Oversee natural gas fuel systems, high-voltage interconnection, and emissions controls.
• Drive capital projects, system design reviews, commissioning, and integration with site electrical distribution.
• Establish and run preventive and condition-based maintenance programs to maximize uptime.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations, air permitting, and SpaceX standards.
• Manage budgets, fuel forecasting, and long‑term service contracts.
