SpaceX Bastrop site seeks a Manager of Power Generation to lead engineering, construction, operations and maintenance of on-site power systems. You will drive 24/7 reliability for mission-critical manufacturing in Bastrop, TX, overseeing gas-fired turbines, fuel systems and high-voltage interconnections.

Lead a multidisciplinary team, manage external vendors, and champion safety and emissions compliance while delivering multi-million-dollar projects on schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive power generation engineering/ops/construction experience.
• 4+ years of direct people leadership in 24/7 environments.

Responsabilités

• Lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers, operators, technicians and maintenance personnel.
• Own end-to-end performance of power generation systems including turbines, generators and balance-of-plant.
• Drive procurement, vendor selection, and construction oversight to meet aggressive schedules.
• Manage capital projects, system design reviews, commissioning and integration with site electrical distribution.
• Establish preventive, predictive and condition-based maintenance programs for uptime.
