Job summary

CVS Health seeks a Business Intelligence Developer specializing in Power BI to strengthen analytics across the commercial sales environment. You will translate business requirements into dashboards, collaborate with analysts and IT, and ensure DataMart reliability and scalable analytics solutions.

This role may be remote or hybrid anywhere in the US, with emphasis on governance, usability, and continuous improvement in reporting for business transformation.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in sales analytics or BI.
• Ability to partner with senior sales leadership to define KPI’s and improve forecasting.
• Experience with data visualization platforms (Power BI, Tableau) and data sources.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for sales insights.
• Translate business needs into scalable analytics solutions using BI tools.
• Develop and optimize data models, report logic, and dashboard functionality for performance.
• Collaborate with analysts, stakeholders, and IT to deliver reporting aligned with priorities.
• Support forecasting, performance reporting, and insight generation across commercial sales.
