Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Business Intelligence Developer focused on Power BI to design analytics, dashboards, and data visualizations for the commercial sales organization. You will partner with business analysts, IT, and sales leadership to translate requirements into scalable reporting, support forecasting, and improve usability and insight across the DataMart and related assets.

This full-time role can be remote or hybrid anywhere in the U.S.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in sales analytics, commercial analytics, or business intelligence.
Ability to partner with senior sales leadership to define KPIs and improve forecasting.
Strong technical and analytical capability in Salesforce, SQL, Tableau/Power BI, Excel and data visualization platforms.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for sales insights.
Translate business needs into scalable reporting using Power BI and related data sources.
Develop, optimize, and support data models and dashboard logic to improve usability and performance.
Collaborate with analysts, stakeholders, and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver reporting solutions.
Support forecasting, performance reporting, and insight generation across the commercial sales environment.
